Let The Seller Advertise For You We tested this advertising method in Atlanta Georgia in which a few FSBO sellers advertised our website in the AJC Classifieds. It resulted in hundreds of hits to our website from readers of the AJC newspaper. This method actually has the seller advertising FOR YOU because it brings more visitors to the website where they can see your banners, submit the "Contact Seller" form or create a new FSBO listing. It's all part of the service. Sellers Print Flyers Sellers can print flyers from within their FSBO account. One of your banners and your company information is also printed on the FSBO seller's flyers.
Different Scrolling Advertisement On Each Listing Affiliates can place a different scrolling advertisement at the top of each listing. The advertisement can be a text advertisement of your choice with a link to any web page. Screen Property Descriptions Whenever a seller updates their property description you are emailed a copy. This allows you to screen the property description for phrases like, "priced below appraisal", "must sell" or "motivated seller" etc. It also allows you to screen for anything you may want to remove, like the seller's contact information. Price Change Notifications Whenever a seller changes their asking price you will be notified by email with both the old price and the new price. If the seller has lowered their price substantially it may be an opportunity for you to call them and promote your services. Listing Notes Affiliates can keep notes for each individual listing by clicking on a "Notes" link for each listing in their account. While talking to the seller on the phone you can take notes about that specific seller. Later on you can refer to the notes before calling the seller again. Affiliate Controlled Email Advertising Affiliates have the ability to place up to six advertisements with links to websites in the "Registration Information” email that is automatically sent to each seller when a listing is created. When a seller clicks on the "Website URL" for an advertisement they will be directed to the website. Your "welcome message" and "contact information" is also included in the email.
